1. When we arrived to our room we found it to be very clean, and larger than expected with two beds, two closets, and the most spectacular view.

3. The oceanfront room that I booked was everything I expected and more as it appeared the room had been recently 'refreshed' with new paint, carpet in excellent condition with a spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding areas.

5. For us, the pros of: comfy clean king bed, spectacular views, friendly staff, great location and fairly lowish prices (compared to other hotels on the strip) far outweighed the cons: some rooms being quite dark and dingy, the dated and worn carpets,and the need for a new paint job.

9. Yes it has a homely atmoshpere as a little paint is needed here and there but the spectacular veiws & really freindly staff make up for that.
