4. We stayed on the third level which is the pool level and it was quite nice to be able to walk out and easily access the clean pool and patio overlooking Diamondhead and Waikiki Beach.

5. Since our stay was so short we didn't require our room to be cleaned, however the staff provided extra pillows and towels upon request.
