1. The room and bathroom were small and older, but they had a fresh coat of paint, were clean, and served their purpose well.

5. As for the staff, they had an Expedia expert in the lobby that was helpful, and the cleaning staff was nice, but the front desk had no helpful hints on where to go, they never did get us that King bed, and once we called for fresh towels that never came.
