3. We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Beach for the remaining three nights of our location because we'd honeymooned there, and the HHB is always wonderful (not just for kids, either, as some say), but I can honestly say we would've been just as happy had we stayed at the Courtyard the whole time.

7. I sometimes wonder if I was staying in the same hotel as some of the other reviewers as I had an excellent experience at this hotel - excellent rates, quiet location (compared to the continous noise down on the beachfront hotels.

8. Our room was wonderful, our balcony overlooked the beautiful pool/spa area and palm trees and it was very quiet at night, so had a very good nights sleep.

9. We dont expect perfection so 1 or 2 of these things would have been acceptable, but all up this resulted in an extremely, extremely dissapointing end to a wonderful holiday in Hawaii.
