2. I called housekeeping, and one of the staff arrived in less than 5 minutes with 2 new rolls.

3. Upon returning to our room in the afternoon on one of the days during our stay, we found that the housekeeper took the toilet paper but did not replace it with a new roll.

5. We asked to switch to another room because the AC unit in our room was very loud, the lady I spoke with was very accomodating and friendly, she told we could get all of our stuff packed and she'd have someone switch them to our new room while we were gone.

6. This hotel was a bit disappointing, continental breakfast was included with our room which was either a croissant or bagel (which they ran out of 2 days into our holiday and we had a stodgy bun) with tea or coffee, new stock arrived 3 days later.

7. To make matters worse, the perfectly fine table and two chairs that matched the rest of the furniture was replaced while we were there with brand new, particle board office style desk and chair that literally left less than 12 inches to walk at the end of the bed.

8. The hotel is about a 5 min walk to Waikiki beach and we got a great deal near new years which is why we got it.
