1. Also, for some reason our TV did not work one day, but after calling the front desk a couple of times, they had somone come up to fix it right away.

10. Through this all, there was a significant amount of street noise - it is not on a particularly busy street but for some reason when buses or sirens went by it seemed like they were literally in our room (and we were in the suite section which is detached from the main hotel).
