1. No problems at all, air-con nice and quiet, a handy little kitchen, 2 big screen TV's and a very big comfortable bed.

2. In reading other reviews, I agree that there are some drawbacks to this location, specifically the air conditioner (a through the wall unit that is not as quiet as the normal Marriott HVAC systems) and the size of the shower (newlyweds would want a bigger shower, trust me).
