1. Pool extremely disappointing but who needs a pool when you have a fantastic beach 10 mins walk away? Great shopping area with many designer shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars.

4. The housemaids one in particular who worked on our floor most days was fantastic, she worked with our daughters midday sleep and always had our room done when we got back from the beach or day out in time for her sleep.

6. We were looking for a less crowded beach to go to (it was our first time to Waikiki, and we were surprised by the crowds on the beach), and Bernard (valet) gave us great recommendations for better, quieter beaches on Oahu, as well as fantastic restaurants around those areas.
