The moment we arrived the bellman took our luggage and said to give them a call when we checked in, we had a great experience at the front desk, very warm courteous people that were asking if there was anything at all that they could do and offered a nice coupon book for local attractions as well as free breakfast and beverage coupons for the hotel store.
