1. Mostly a robotic welcome at the checkin desk but I was glad my travel agent told us to stay in the Ali Tower as our suite had full windows facing the east and north full view of the ocean and overlooked the private pool.

5. Staff are generally ok but again nothing special (we weren't welcomed with the Lei etc as you should be - we got this a few days later when we asked about it).
