5. The hotel grounds are still fabulous and there is no better room in Waikiki except the Rainbow tower- which after renovations is magnificent.

10. It was one of the best Hawaiian holidays we have ever had (we have stayed at what used to be the old Radisson, which was fabulous, but is now a 'chain Hilton' and it was horrid, I was pleased this was a lot more upmarket and relaxing).
