1. - We requested extra towels the day we checked in but they weren't delivered- unwelcomed time share pitches- bellman could not find my bags the day we checked out- the food at one restaurant, Pronto Pickle, was basically inedibleThe Hilton Hawaiian Village is huge and busy and suffers as a result - not the normal Hilton stay.

2. The place is huge and it took about 3 days to figure out where everything is so if you like a small hotel, this is not the place for you.
