1. The place is huge and it took about 3 days to figure out where everything is so if you like a small hotel, this is not the place for you.

5. Avoid Kalia tower ocean facing - busy road next to us like listening to NY traffic, noise from luau or something from in front.

6. Shuttle left us at one end, had to then shlep bags through throngs of people, like a marketplace, to reach front desk, then end up backtracking to get to Kalia tower.

7. Somehow, it seems like the new look diminishes the tropical feel of the resort; on the other hand, it is nice that everything is new.

8. There are a few things I personally do not like such as the fee for beach chairs, crowded pools, and 'issues' with towel cards, etc.
