1. This Sheraton is two for three,The goods - and they are all MAJOR positives - clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice shower (good pressure, instant hot water), effective climate controls, and VERY good service from the staff all throughout the hotel.

3. Troy Washington was one of our POCs and he not only helped us out on several different occassions but he also went above and beyond with our group and helped position vehicles/etc.

6. The only thing positive I can say about the hotel is that it was in a good location and the staff in the hotel were very friendly with the exception of Derrick.

7. On the positive side the restaurant was great, very helpful staff and the food was first rate, The bar was also excellent with some of the most helpful bar staff we found in America.

8. Some of the positives are 1) Location, 2) Size of rooms, 3) Friendly staff in general, 4) Some nice amenities like pool area, restaurant/ bar and fitness room.

9. The only two things I can be positive about regarding this hotel is the service at the lobby (nothing special though) and the location is somewhat okay (walking distance to sports venue and olympic park).
