5. From the front desk to the bellman to the valet personnel to the deli and restaurant workers to housekeeping and anyone you would meet in the hallways, you were always greeted with a huge smile and 'is there anything I can get for you?' So friendly so above board in everyway.

7. The second day there was a huge convention going on and our waitress Naher did a wonderful job taking care of our huge table of kids, adults & people coming and going during the meal - we really put a lot on her plate and she kept a wonderful humor and did a superb job.

8. For people like me, who only need a coffee and maybe some pastries in the morning, it is not worth to pay 20 dollars for a huge breakfast buffet.
