1. The 'pedistrian walkway' to the hotel from the parking garage is a painted blue line that goes right back through the garage where all the cars drive so be extra careful when you are taking your bags on the extremely long and walk from the garage to the hotel.

6. *Kiki & Andre in the conciere service-VERY HELPFUL*Javiana Housekeeping supervisor- EXCELLENT & KIND*Starr in the club lounge-GREAT SERVICE AND CONVERSTATION*Kim the bartender that served us during cocktail hour- ABSOLUTELY GREAT, which you all so graciously furnished for us:) These folks in particular took amazing care to me and I afew made life long freindships with them.
