Erica Thomas' customer service is OUTSTANDING, not only is she friendly but goes out of her way to make sure your day starts off right, I developed the flu during my last stay at the Sheraton and her kind words and warm smile, made me feel better immediately, The business world would be such a better place if there were more people like Erica.
