3. Our room was pre-reserved our room for a convention and for some reason we were given a wheelchair accessible room, which meant that we had no vanity in the bathroom to put toiletries down and no closet to hang our clothes.

9. 2 months later the rooms remain uncomped everytime we call back they have another reason the comp did not go through.
