1. It was within walking distance of anything you needed, restaurants (TGIF was only two blocks away), train station, convenient store, the capitol, shopping.

9. The Phlash bus system was near by which was convenient as we were a little out of the way from the Terminal Market, the Old City and Independence Hall.
