1. It would have been more appropriate, however, had she then done something to help us find out such as call in another staff member on duty or look up the directions online.

2. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but be sure to ask in advance if there they will be hosting any conferences and, if you are driving, secure your directions with the concierge well in advance and do not rely on front desk personnel to be helpful.

One final moderately disconcerting feature of our trip was when, upon our checking out at 3:00am to catch an early-morning flight and asking at the front desk for help confirming what we thought were the directions to the airport the desk attendant replied, 'I wouldn't know, I don't drive,' and nothing else.
