1. Such a shame, because the staff seems eager to please and, while the room was worn (peeling wall paper; old furniture and TV), it was clean and comfortable.

4. please do not complain; my guess is that the parking is a concession and the prices are set by the concessionaire and not the hotel.

8. The only two things that I did find to be the same as two of the negatives reviews was housekeeping did knock on the door at 8 am and I simply said please come back and that was the end and the other thing was we could hear the people in the hallway and the room next door a couple of times but they were not a nuisance.
