1. Very happy with the concierge, I left my jacket at home and they gave me one from the lost and found that had been there forever.

2. It was clear that the hotel was happy to have the convention business and they provided some snacks upon arrival and departure, which was a nice touch, but overall the hotel lacks the sophistication, elegance, and service which I have come to expect from other chains.

Hotel couldn't accommodate this so I had to make 3 separate bookings ( most other hotels seem happy to accommodate a rate change within a mulit-night stay)Arrived at the hotel (after a fairly horrnedous trans Atlantic flight ) - to discover the Philly International bike race was in town - and I was behind a coach load of cyclists and supporters trying to check in - took nearly an hour.

9. One of the managers went so far as to rudely announce to a number of the wedding guests at breakfast (which the hotel begrudgingly offered free of charge) that she was going "above and beyond" and was clearly not happy about it.
