1. Concierge was pleasant, even when we told him we wouldnt park at the hotel because of the cost (tip: park directly across the street, to the east, in a secure garage for $18 per day versus $38 per day at the hotel.

8. For a hotel where you pay a lot of money, you should be able to deal with employees who are accomodating, thoughtful and pleasant and that wasn't the case at Sheraton.
