1. Just a mere 2 tiny blocks from Union Station ( a 20 minute Metro ride from Ronald Reagan Airport) with all of it's shops and dining options; 5 blocks from the capitol and everything is within easy reach by Metro, Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus or even a healthy walk.

After a delay, and several keys not working, I was escorted by the Manager - really, the Manager - to what had to be the worst room on the property: tiny, facing an interior area that featured exhaust fans and office windows, What was particularly shocking was our conversation about the number of cancellations they had because of the weather.

6. 5 blks from Union Station--walk from Union Stn Metro (red line) to hotel a TINY bit spooky at night, parking area between hotel and Union Stn with scary people hanging around, OK with my 6`3 husband though wouldn`t do the walk alone at night.
