7. Second, the doors and bathrooms of the rooms haven`t been properly replaced - the bathroom looks great in the photo, but beneath that (thin and cheap) granite countertop is a plastic support, torn wallpaper, dated and stained marble tiles left over from whatever existed before the refit, and the toilet basin/bath/shower are old, wonkey and unappealing.
