1. They made me feel welcomed, instead of the hassle guest I really was, and made sure my every need was attended to.

2. As Kimpton members we got free Wifi and (I think) 10 $ off the minibar - although they first forgot to take it into account in the bill, but that was corrected without any hassle.

3. This was my first visit to Washington DC was made as hassle-free as possible thanks to the Johnny and Joshua in the hotel lobby during check-in and my server Bryan at the restaurant as well as others who made me feel welcome and important as a visitor to Washington DC.
