3. Concierge were also poor, we had to carry our suitcases up to the room and upon departure they could not even take them to the taxi we had to flag down.

5. And for $265 a night, there was no free breakfast - huh? The hotel staff was nice and apologetic but it just doesn't make up for a cold night and poor sleep.
