1. Our windows faced an office building, so we lacked in privacy and had to keep the shades down during the day--unfortunately there was no sheer to provide privacy and allow light, so we were resigned to opening only the top half of the blackout blind.

3. What ticked me off was the super expensive parking - will recommend travellers to use Union Station Parking, its a 5 minutes walk till there and it is half as expensive and lack of food options in the neighbourhood except in the Union Station.

4. We had to call down and wait for room slippers to be brought, and judging by the lack of cleanliness, we were not too crazy about walking on the carpet without slippers.

6. If I had more energy when I checked in, I might have asked for a room that faced the street but honestly, I was just so happy to be in a nice cheerful room, despite the lack of view.
