5. unfortunately, with the bigger demand, the service really dropped off - it was incredibly slow, and to top it off, our food orders arrived wrong, creating an even longer wait for the correct orders.

8. The room itself was actually quite reasonable and comfortable particularly with a nice living and working space, but unfortunately noise between rooms is also an issue, not just the connecting room but also you seem to be able to hear everything being channelled through the bathrooms(.
