1. On the top HH-floor, a non smoking room with two double beds, how could it be so hard to do right from the beginning, Embassy Suites? We are HH-members, as stated on the reservation also, so why didn't you put us on the HH-floor immediately? I tried several times to speak to the manager but the reception didn't let me to do so.

2. What a phenomenal, hard working staff who were always friendly, enthusiastic and helpful, even though the hotel was full at cherry blossom time.

3. The breakfast was great except it was always so crowded that it was hard to find a table, and we always had to wait in a very long line regardless of being in the line for omelets or the other line which is more buffet-style.
