4. For some unknown reason, the Verizon cellular reception was terrible and I had to step out in the hallway to take/make calls.

7. had three to a room requested 2 beds and got one bed with pullout bed instead- pullout mattress terrible, attitude from staff poor, requested late checkout got only 30minutes more, bill was incorrectly calculated 4 times and then turns out they were billing it to another guests credit card number.
