4. we arrived after a long international journey(AUS) at 2 pmwere told that the room would be ready at 3pm so we had lunch in the ordinary hotel restuarantat 3pm were told 'a little while' housekeeping rushing your roomat 4pm were told that it would not be longat 4-30 when i complained told that the room still had previous guest in it late check out.
