1. The main issue was that it was the middle of the winter and the heat did not work.

4. I did notice that I kept getting two conditioners instead of shampoo, and I wondered if perhaps the maid had a literacy issue (they look identical).

5. On top of that, there were small cleanliness issues with my room like pink mold on the shower head.

7. To me, the issue of hearing others talk etc in the next room is a big problem, even if I could live with the inconvenience of not being able to access the net from anywhere in the suite.
