Aside from the broken fixtures, numerous burnt out lights, the stench and rusty shelves in the non-working mini-fridge, missing control knobs on the visibly moldy AC unit, large bubbles of water damage under the paint on the walls, and the worn, broken, and stained furniture, the place was filthy to the point of being a health hazard.
