1. Maybe the carpet had been cleaned, but it looked like the same old smelly carpet from my previous room and the broken base of the toilet, instead of being replaced, looked like it had been slathered with a mix of tile grout by a three year old child.

2. staff was nice/ breakfast was good/ mattresses were very comfortable/ smelly room/ stinky refrigerator/ poor drainage in bathtub/ no exhaust fan in bathroom/ several lights over bed did not work/ not a clean room.
