2. But my perspective is, it appears they are cutting every corner, patching instead of replacing, investing the bare minimum while charging pretty close to the going rate.

5. The toilets barely flush, the tubs drip, the remote control battery is dead, the drawers don't close - they keep coming back open, the ac unit is falling apart, smoke detector is hanging from the ceiling, the top to the toilet doesn't fit, the back doors don't close properly.
