1. we had a issue with the heater in the room when it was turned on ( this may have been the first time for the season) it started to smoke, the plug was pulled.

Hotel issues - the first night the lounge was closed right at the beginning of social hour and therefore, no social hour, The advertising says 'Free daily paper', well after my third morning hear, I asked where my free daily paper was and the front desk clerk told me that there is only one paper and you have to share it during the breakfast time and I need to get their early or someone will take it.
