2. Repeat calls to the front desk to turn down the music a notch in the morning (it is clearly noticeable with closed windows-quite sad when trying to sleep in a bit.

3. sadly, not everything improved: One of the latest 'achievements' was to blanket the courtyard with quite loud music all day from 7 am to 10 pm (management seems to prefer a ghastly advertisement riddled oldies station playing top 40s from the late 60's to the early 90's-how utterly boring and annoying.
