1. The toilet seat was completely broken off of the toilet when we arrived, and in two days we couldn't get anyone to replace it.

5. Maybe the carpet had been cleaned, but it looked like the same old smelly carpet from my previous room and the broken base of the toilet, instead of being replaced, looked like it had been slathered with a mix of tile grout by a three year old child.

7. Somebody must be having a joke one me, right? Aside from the broken fixtures, numerous burnt out lights, the stench and rusty shelves in the non-working mini-fridge, missing control knobs on the visibly moldy AC unit, large bubbles of water damage under the paint on the walls, and the worn, broken, and stained furniture, the place was filthy to the point of being a health hazard.
