5. Room was clean and redecorated (`80`s style), but smelled musty, had uneven floors, chipped paint, sharp spring sticking out of mattress, no extra blankets or pillows, poor lighting, no in-room movies, no express check-out, and certainly no extra touches one would expect of a 4-star.
