Poor service, 'rip off' rates tied to campus events (parents` weekend, graduation), small rooms with uncomfortable beds, buildings that are old, and frankly a bit frightening, outrageously expensive breakfast that almost no one partakes in, dogs barking in the hotel itself in the middle of the night.
