1. Mostly lamps in rooms but wasnt a problem for me.

2. When we asked to speak to a manager about the rude treatment we got from the front desk regarding the issues we had we were told we couldnt speak to the manager and given an email address to report any problems.

4. My wife who has animal allergies was concerned that she would get a skin reaction as this hotel allows pets (and she had that problem at some other hotels that allow pets).
