1. The only fault was dated gym equipment, but I didn't see anybody else use it in three days so it's probably not a major issue for the staff to address.

2. There were other issues, long waits for the elevator as staff was using it, walking to door with employees standing next to them and not offering to open the door.

3. Being that the buildings are older, the water takes a while to get warm/hot but other than that, there were no issues with this hotel.

4. When we asked to speak to a manager about the rude treatment we got from the front desk regarding the issues we had we were told we couldnt speak to the manager and given an email address to report any problems.

6. Lack of soundproofing is a serious room issue,Along the sound line, the room doors here lack any rubber/foam to minimize the sound when the doors are closed.

7. I was up till after 1am, and even when I called downstairs and asked them to relay the sound issue to the other room, it did not abate.

10. If you want to be in walking distance to the university but not pay a fortune and don`t mind a few issues, this would be a good place to stay.
