1. problem wasn't completely resolved but we were just staying one night and when we realized it it was late in the evening.

5. The hotel is a distance from the centre of Santa Barbara which wasn't a problem for us as we had a hire car but may cause difficulties for people without a car.

6. Fairly noisy rooms on the front, not helped by a couple of visitor with rattly Harley davidsons,, but I travel with earplugs so not a problem in bed.
