1. The help was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff recommended a great restaurant 1/2 block away (Chuck's of Hawaii Steak House) but it was all negated by a lukewarm shower and no hotwater at the sink.

2. Nice place to stay, quiet, nice grounds, however, we were dissapointed with the jacuzzi as it was only lukewarm, pretty much useless, especially on a cold night like when we were there.
