1. On the first occasion, only poor service we have had in USA, the staff (not all that young) were complaining about their hangovers, so-so food, 'gratuity' added to bill, and then had the temerity to ask if I needed the change.

2. We did call the front desk earlier to complain about the guests in the room above us walking heavily and they must have looked into it because it was quieter after that.

4. Only when I complained and said that I would call Expedia & get my confirmation number, etc did she reluctantly change us to a Deluxe King, which is what I had booked in the first place.

8. (Could have used better lighting over the sink vanity)All in all I can`t complain about the condition of the room or location of the motel, it is on a central street and a short drive to anywhere, conveniently located across from a nice mall.
