2. I have stayed in a wide variety of Hyatt / Omnis and Hiltons around the world so I am used to some ' intresting' situations when it comes to hotel but this has to go down as the worst experience with rooms I have had for a very long time.

In short after staying a various Hyatt Hotels around the world this would have to be the worst of any hotel I have ever stayed in, the fact that this hotel has supposed to have recently had a $46 million dollar upgrade is a total joke as the rooms are tatty and dated as as for the pool area, this had old and warn sun beds and the pool had a large chuck of concrete missing from the side leaving a sharp edge that could easily result in an injury.
