1. Last, the 'captains' were fantastic and would stop or slow down so the kids could sea the seals, pelicans, etc.

I did call the front desk and they said the sever should have taken it off but they will do it, well they must have said something to the waiter cause the next day we got the same waiter and the service was slow and he couldn't care a bit for helping us everyone else came first, I also heard the waiter talking to the mgr.

5. The room service was horrably slow, it took us almost and hour and half to recive our dinner from the room service menue one night.

6. The water drains very slowly from the tub so be prepared to stand in disgusting bath water while you're showering (this seems to be a problem with all Hyatts though)5.
