We stayed at the Regency Club level, the concierge level, and that was nice for the continental breakfast (breakfast with children can be a
hassle
), and a couple of appetizers in the evening, but I would stay here regardless.

They credited me the next morning, but it was a long night and I should have changed rooms, but the tower was away from the main hotel, so too much of a
hassle
.

If you don't want to
hassle
with the elevators and don't mind a damp smell in your room, but want a larger room, go with the ground floor rooms.

Tips: If you want to
hassle
with three elevators for a bunch of rooms in the tower, do it for the views.

It was somewhat of a
hassle
to get a good deal on this hotel, as both Hotwire and Expedia had much better deals on their web sites that the best available rates on the Hyatt site and the Hyatt phone rep was not willing to accomodate our best rate request, despite us being Hyatt members and despite their best rate guarantee.

The water taxi from the hotel to the back gate of Sea World is unparalleled access and eliminated the
hassle
(and cost) of parking there.
