1. $20 for parking (tiny spaces, too) and fees for wi-fi and the business center (with my Hyatt membership, I get free wi-fi, but had no laptop, so I had to go to the business center to use their pay machines).

3. Arrived at the suite which was WAY BELOW expectations: on entering the lounge/seating area looked like something from a down-market car rental reception and was dark smelly and scruffy, the sliding door to the bathrom was jammed half open and the 'balcony' was so small there was no room to stand because the two tiny wooden chairs were using all the space and you could not sit on them as there was no space between them to put your legs.
